We're not at an all-inclusive here why require a wristband? Even Vegas just needs your room key. Pool area is decent but requires a wristband. Wall plugs placed at odd locations so bring a long cable if you want to use your phone by the bed. Beds were nice but sheets are rough and pillows too small. Luggage rack was broken but at least there's a long bench underneath the TV for luggage. The blackout curtains don't close completely so expect to be waken up by light at 7am. Basically I didn't even get what I paid for, let alone any upgrades as a CR diamond. The agent was okay as he tried to make it right but couldn't and the female supervisor that came out couldn't care less. There was a mix up during booking because of Caesar's own booking system and the front desk offered subpar solutions instead of just owning up to the website issue and offering to make the guest happy. This probably probably would be a 3.5 star based on amenities but going to take off 1.5 for the abhorrent front desk manager/supervisor.
